***Please NOTE - It's official, we are finally moving to Virginia on May 27, 2020. This date was moved from May 20th to the 27th due to the Certificate of Occupancy. We will post the new address on our form that we tell you when we talk to you on the phone. Our home phone number will remain the same since it functions on the cellular network. Since the road that the new house is on is new it is not yet identified on any mapping applications. Anyone who has deposits will be emailed directions to the house when we set up puppy appointments. We will probably be unreachable except by phone for at least a week. We will resume cropping ears on any litter born in the summer 2020.
We do allow natural ears on puppies, but anyone who wishes to have natural ears must have a 50 % deposit down before a litter is 8 weeks old. This is to ensure that a puppy will be going to a home. All puppies have their ears cropped at eight weeks of age due to weight and ease of surgery. You must make a list of what puppy you like the most to the least. Show prospects are given priority if there are deposits for a show prospect puppy over pet deposits, but don't worry, those are rare!
Males in this breed are awesome, in my opinion better than the girls! They are a little more loving, they are little Mr. Casanovas. Not to say the girls aren't great. My mom & grandma were wrong about males, they had poodles. Properly potty trained, you don't have problems with lifting, matter of fact they are a little easier to train than the girls!
What are you going to do with our ears???
Please include your phone number,
we like to talk with puppy people! We DO NOT answer questions through email. If you do not provide your phone number, we will just email and ask for your phone number or have you call. Thank you for understanding.
Deirdre came in season April 1, 2020 and was bred to Drystan and will be due the end of the third week of June. The litter will be black and black & silver. They will be ready around the first week of September. This litter will be available in Pennsylvania and raised by my friend Bonnie. One of the females will be spoken for by Bonnie, and we already have several deposits.
Bonnie Auclair's female Piper came into season, she has decided to breed her this season. Piper is being bred to Colby currently (beginning of May). She will be due the beginning of July and her puppies will be available mid-September.
DJ is finally in season as of May 23, 2020. This will be her final litter and she will be available afterwards. No families will children that are not teenagers as she has not lived around young kids. She is being bred to Sullivan who is black & silver./ DJ carries the black & silver gene so the litter will be both salt & pepper and black & silver. I am keeping the pick female in this litter no matter the color. This litter is due around the second week of August and available by the end of October.
Our female Bonnie (dog) that I co-own with Janet Wallack is in season as of May 6th. Bonnie was bred to Liam. Bonnie is black and carries the black & silver gene. Liam is black but I do not know if he carries another color as he was only used once with my former co-owner and her female only had 3 black pups. Bonnie is due on or around July 12, 2020. One black male will be held for a show client in Australia and one in South Africa. No pet puppies will be made available until after they have been evaluated. The due dates of these two litters will be announced when I have them bred.
Also, we always require meeting all children in a family!
***Please call regarding any future litters***
Under no circumstances do we ship puppies. All puppies must be seen in person by their prospective families.
